We've been talking about it for weeks and it's finally here.  I am so excited to be hosting our first ever, Moms on the Move Fitness Expo and Family Festival.   This event started out in my own mind as a small community event but through the support of our wonderful sponsor, Winn Dixie, our terrific vendors, and last but not at all least, our amazing readers, Moms on the Move has taken on a life of it's own.  It's been a labor of love and I do hope that everyone will plan to attend.  There is definitely something for everyone but our focus of course, is to honor moms who do so much for everyone else and never enough for themselves.

Our event has grown so large that we are in need of several volunteers to help check in attendees, hand out waters and event bags.  We could also use a bit of assistance setting up the night before.  College or high school students needing community service hours are definitely welcome.  You may work one hour or the entire event.  Please contact us if you, your Moms group, or teenager is available to help. Come take part in the fun.  Easy work for a great cause.
