"Mom Can You Teach Me How to Hit" was created to teach parents how to teach their children to hit a baseball and softball. Coach Woods fused his talents, from years of experience, into this unique teaching video. His laid-back manner, as well as his encouraging and supportive style, provides a clear and detailed description of how to hit a baseball or softball. He knows the sport and also grasps the fundamentals of how we learn. Woods breaks down the process of hitting a baseball into small sections, that instructors can practice with a child, both at home and on the field. Coach Woods clearly explains the basic principles of hitting in such detail that it will eventually become second nature, and can help any child hit the ball more often and with greater confidence.

WebsiteParentClick Back to School Product Reviews - Fall 2008 This is a very cool idea because it makes it easy for kids to go out to eat after a game withour slipping in their cleats. It also keeps the cleats from wearing down. We loved the great selection of colors and the fact that it protects your floors when kids are inside the house. They have both youth and adult sizes. We had a little trouble figuring out the sizing.
Awesome was the response our daughter gave us when she opened her pink cleatskins. [Jess, Santa Barbara, CA. 11/13/08 Parent]
Bobby Woods Baseball DVD
I watched this video with my son who has recently started playing baseball. Overall, I thought it was a good video with relevant tips and information. Because it is 75 minutes long, I think it is most effective to watch over a few days breaking it up into sections. For us, we practiced each of the techniques presented right after watching it and would then return to the dvd to watch the next segment(s). I really liked that the child in the dvd who is learning how to hit is a little older (12) because so often it seems like the one learning to hit is really young making it harder for an older child to relate to. Thank you! [Kim, Reno, NV. 05/07/10 Parent]
